What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer service calls and inquiries in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
- Use multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries
- Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalation techniques for escalated calls
- Highlight features and benefits of WM products and services to increase revenue and retain at-risk customers
- Field customer service inquiries and handle transactions independently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 1+ year of previous customer call center experience
- Technical aptitude to set up and maintain WM-assigned equipment for remote work
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and typing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Prior experience in sales or retention roles
