What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer service calls related to billing, service changes, and cancellations
- Provide standard information and education regarding service options, charges, and contracts
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
- Meet or exceed service and operational standards established for the call center

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum of one year of previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Computer skills including MS Office and typing
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience in sales and retention
