      To support our customers as the first point of contact and resolve their concerns. You will do so by actively listening to our customers and using your customer-obsessed experience, passion, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a world-class, second to none service encounter across every interaction.

      Job Description

      • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years. At least one year experience in a customer service, call center, production or related environment. At least one year of experience navigating computer system applications like Microsoft. One year experience in a remote, work from home environment.
      • Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent

      Job Responsibilities

      • Respond to all customer inquiries by utilizing information acquired during training and resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems.
      • Provide complete and accurate information by identifying customer needs through active listening and clarifying skills.
      • Process required transactions via web-based applications.
      • Submit customer cases in a concise yet accurate manner.
      • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company policies, programs, and technologies.
      • Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner. Have a genuine appreciation for the customer.
      • Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws ensuring information is disseminated to authorized individuals only.
      • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment exhibiting Giant Eagle values.
      • Maintain internet connection with an approved ISP provider and dedicated upload speeds of 50 mbps and download speeds of 10 mbps.
