      What You'll Do:

      For over 65 years, Bill Gosling Outsourcing has been providing business solutions to our clients with various types of services including Customer Service, Accounts Receivable Management, Customer Sales, Contact Centre Technology, and Business Process Outsourcing.       We are currently seeking a motivated and customer- focused individuals to join our call center team as Customer Care Agents. If you excel in communication and thrive in a fast-faced environment, we encourage you to apply!

      Responsibilities:

      • Answer incoming calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
      • Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
      • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
      • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
      • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in the system.
      • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
      • Stay informed about product updates and company policies.
      • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality.


      Requirements:

      • Willingness and availability to work evening through overnight shifts.
      • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, especially in retail, is advantageous.
      • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficient in using computer systems and call center software.
      • Minimum 3 CXC subjects inclusive of English A
