What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding various banking services
- Perform account maintenance and recommend appropriate products to meet customer needs
- Analyze callers' needs and go beyond standard procedures to resolve customer issues
- Utilize computerized system to address and resolve customer concerns
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluent Spanish language skills may be required
