      The impact you will have

      The Customer Care Logistics Associate is responsible for transporting goods while providing excellent service .

      As the Customer Care Logistics Associate , you will:

      • Operate vehicles according to traffic laws and company policies, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods.
      • Greet customers professionally, assist with loading and unloading, and address any questions or concerns.
      • Resolve complaints and provide a positive customer experience during and after transportation.
      • Support the Warehouse Team with operational tasks as needed, ensuring smooth coordination between delivery and warehouse functions.

      Skills and Abilities:

      • Experience driving a 5-tonne truck.
      • Full Driver’s (G-class) license with a clean driving record.
      • 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use pallet jack.
      • General computer skills and comfortable using a mobile device.
