      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage remote Virtual Concierge team nationally, ensuring adherence to company policies
      - Own recruiting, onboarding, and training of Virtual Concierge team
      - Create and maintain scheduling for Virtual Concierge team
      - Train incoming field management team members on various programs
      - Provide helpdesk support for company's messaging platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to instill a sense of teamwork and build positive relationships
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Strong leadership skills
      - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial administration
      - Attention to detail
      - Excellent interpersonal skills
      - Ability to multi-task and work independently
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
      - High school diploma with 5+ years of customer experience or brand experience
      - 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration
      - Experience in commercial real estate or the retail environment
      - 2-5 years of experience in administrative and/or executive support roles
