What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the employer, providing exceptional service to internal and external Customers
- Support Customers via various inbound and outbound channels
- Resolve escalated Customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement
- Mentor and support Customer CARE Specialists
- Research and document order issues using multiple systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in a high-volume contact center environment
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Proficient with Windows-based applications and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Customer service certification
- Experience in a retail or e-commerce setting
- Knowledge of CRM software
