      Are you customer-oriented, an excellent communicator, and fluent in Spanish and Portuguese? We are looking for an Customer Care Representative to join our team, responsible for customer service in the Iberian region (Spain & Portugal).

      Your role

      As a customer care representative, you are the first point of contact to our Spanish and Portuguese customers. You handle day-to-day tasks such as order processing and customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless Össur experience.

      This position is based at the Eindhoven office with the flexibility to work from home in line with our policy. You will collaborate closely with the sales teams in Spain and Portugal and your counterpart for the Italian market. You will report to the supervisor customer care who is based in Portugal.

      Your Tasks:

      • Process orders and returns with precision;

      • Provide proactive customer service for Össur Iberia;

      • Collaborate with teams for effective issue resolution;

      • Utilize ERP and CRM systems for customer interactions.

      Who are you

      • Fluent in Spanish and Portugese (spoken and written);

      • Proficient in English (spoken and written);

      • Vocational-level thinking required;

      • Experience in customer service is a plus;

      • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce, Navision, CRM is a plus.
