What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing their inquiries and needs
- Handle inbound telephone calls related to home and auto policies
- Explain the claims process and initiate damage appraisals
- Promote digital self-service capabilities
- Utilize multiple computer applications accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree a plus
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
