What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership to ensure exceptional customer service experience for policyholders
- Handle inbound telephone calls, answering questions and addressing servicing needs
- Explain the claims process, initiate damage appraisals, and organize car rental when necessary
- Initiate claims according to best practices
- Promote digital self-service capabilities to customers
- Utilize multiple computer applications with accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree a plus
