      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze, validate, and respond to client queries, issues, or requests through various communication channels
      - Escalate issues to higher levels of support and manage customer expectations for follow-up and resolution
      - Collaborate with multiple teams to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues
      - Create support articles to improve self-service resources for customers
      - Serve as the face of the employer to customers, providing excellent customer service and empowering customers to find solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong customer service acumen in an IT solutions environment
      - Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
      - Basic understanding of SQL databases
      - Ability to handle stress with professional poise and effectively communicate with various stakeholders
      - Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience providing functional support for software applications
      - Experience in government functions such as federal acquisition, contract lifecycle management, and/or financial management
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
