      About the role

      The Customer Care Support Specialist is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience. This role involves providing critical support in line with agreed service levels for the overall Customer Care organization. The specialist will demonstrate ownership and accountability, ensuring customer requirements related to orders, service, and data management requests are efficiently and accurately processed within agreed timelines. Clear connectivity and collaboration with the wider team are essential to enable proactive end-to-end case management.

      Key responsibilities

      • Manage sales orders in SAP (VA01).
      • Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance current procedures.
      • Monitor queues in Salesforce.
      • Maintain reports and data.
      • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the NAMER team and other GBS teams.
