- Answer phones and assist customers with billing, technical, and service questions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role
- Sales and/or technical experience in a service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in desktop tools, billing software, and online resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and dependable with flexible availability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service role
