      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses
      - Monitor dispatch systems to ensure prompt customer service and technician response times
      - Perform administrative duties, including managing time cards and time-off requests
      - Communicate effectively with field personnel, service managers, and customers about service updates and requests
      - Proactively manage and monitor email communications and service requests to meet response time targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
      - 2 to 4 years of related experience, preferably in dispatch or call-taking roles
      - Strong PC literacy and data entry skills
      - Excellent customer support and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in dispatch or call-taking roles is a plus
      - Strong ability to build customer rapport and minimize escalations
      - Demonstrated success in team collaboration and a positive work attitude
      - Experience managing group email boxes effectively
