- You are the main person of contact for our English-speaking customers.
- You will be part of a global customer communication team
- You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers
- You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon
- You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.
- You are passionate about food
- You are a strong communicator
- You speak English at a native or fluent level
- You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy

- You are hands-on, and have attention to detail

Marley Spoon is currently operating in the US, Europe and Australia.
We are looking for an English speaking Customer Communications Expert for our growing Customer Communications Team in Lisbon. If you speak English on a native or fluent level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application. Please note that as we serve customers in the US and AU and our rotating shifts range from 7:00 am until midnight.
Your Responsibilities:
Other important information to take into consideration is that we require full flexibility with our shift times. Within our English speaking team we manage both the Australian and US markets. This requires a total 24 hour shift coverage due to the time differences across all Countries. During these times we also require all experts to be available on all of our live channels which will include taking calls.
The shifts that we rotate on a two-week basis are:
07.00-16.00
13.00-22.00
15.00-00.00
22.00-7.00 ( Depending on the needs of the Company)
The times of the shifts mentioned above may also change, depending on the needs of the Company.
Please also note there is a payment increment for hours worked between 22.00-07.00. Weekends would also be expected, on a rotational basis.
