What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service and support for Freddie Mac's Loan Product Advisor
- Handle a broad range of topics across the Loan Product Advisor discipline
- Specialize in underwriting policies, procedures, and standards
- Resolve complicated problems with innovative and practical solutions
- Independently determine and develop approach to solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 8 years of mortgage origination underwriting experience
- Proficiency in loan processing/origination concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Loan Product Advisor AUS
- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM system
