      aytm “ask your target market” is looking to hire a Customer Engagement Manager, to join our growing Customer Engagement team. This position will be responsible for project related bids and non project related tactical work. They will engage with clients to scope, and facilitate the execution of survey research.


      The Customer Engagement Manager has a dedicated set of accounts assigned to them to understand customer needs better and keep track of project and user related knowledge and nuances. They will participate in project scoping discussions, and then lead proposal development and post-sale project oversight.


      This position requires someone with deep client orientation, excellent critical thinking skills, ability, and resilience to solve complex challenges with a strong technical focus.

      Responsibilities:

      • Gather relevant intake information and develop project proposals, in collaboration with Solution Strategy and Customer Success.
      • Provide consultative account expertise on project bids by leveraging an in-depth understanding of previous customer work.
      • Capture, input, and update project and pipeline related records in Salesforce and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all information prior to internal submission and generation of proposals.
      • Oversee the kick-off and eventual handoff of projects to Research Services and Customer Engagement teams.
      • Facilitate scope changes, escalations and executional bottlenecks for active projects by partnering seamlessly with Customer Engagement and Research Services.
      • Provide front of the line support to fielding requests and questions on active projects.
      • Monitor subscriptions and prefund balances for assigned accounts.
      • Support the New Business Sales team on Pilots and Account setup.
      • Seamlessly manage any assigned implementation (SSO, Dashboards) for new accounts.
      • Perform platform related administrative tasks, organize materials, and navigate client-related filing systems.
      • Assist Customer Success in managing usage/consumption and usage velocity metrics.
      • Thrive in a remote, entrepreneurial environment — demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and clear communication across distributed teams.


      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in account management or customer delivery teams, interacting with large Fortune 500 clients.
      • Market Research background is required to be successful in this position.
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or similar or comparable education/experience.
      • Experience supporting large, complex organizations that require smart account coordination & organization.
      • Advanced technical skills with prior experience working with a technology product and the ability to become an expert in the aytm platform quickly.
      • Significant experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other reporting software.
      • Excellent analytical skills to not only crunch the numbers but understand how to make decisions with the analysis.
      • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle stressful and high demanding environments.
      • Exceptional project management skills to implement tactics agreed upon with client and manage the long list of day-to-day issues. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines while collaborating across teams and functions.
      • Energetic, self-starter is comfortable engaging with new people and learning new things.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence, inspire and motivate others.
      • Demonstrated track record of assessing situations, developing relationships and account plans.
      • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
