Job Description

- Analyze and administer new or enhanced systems and operations.
- Successful implementation of systems, policy and procedures and user training with the goal enhancing business.
- Develop and establish requirements to improve and maintain operations.
- Up-to-date monitoring of operations with the goal of implementing continuous improvements.
- KCC systems administration including creating and maintaining access, monthly user access reviews and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate on projects, programs and issues on a daily basis with KCC Leadership.
- Acts as a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and others in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, design and status update meetings with business units, internal developers and vendors to ensure strategic projects milestones are met and project goals are completed.
- Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
- Act as product owner for assigned systems and/or business units.
- Provide support outside of normal business hours for system implementations, maintenance and KCC operational processes.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Focus on customer experience and customer communication.
- Ability to translate technical information into lay terms.
- Proficiency in Atlassian software suite. Writing effective user stories and maintaining a prioritized product roadmap
- Able to work effectively across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Have the ability to work independently to support company objectives.
- Strong business partner who understands how this role fits into the overall company objectives.
- Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong business process and organizational skills.
- Previous experience developing policies and controls.
- New business process development and existing process improvement.
- Strong MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust dynamically to business changes.

BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
The primary responsibility for this job is to successfully implement systems and programs that will improve operations and promote business. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible to gather division and home office product requirements in an effort to document business and systems requirements that will help generate user stories and a comprehensive roadmap. The Analyst will collaborate on projects, programs and issues on a daily basis with the business users, developers and IT vendors. The Business Systems Analyst will create project plans with clear milestones and convey them to the Kubota Credit Corporation (KCC) Management.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

English fluency, verbal and written
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Typical office environment.
