What is Required (Qualifications):

- MUST speak Spanish fluently
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, technology, and/or customer support
- Demonstrated strong service orientation and a positive team player attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a high-growth organization
