- Manage phone and email correspondence with key customers, always ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Deliver or exceed KPIs targets (OTIF, returns, call centre performance, claims resolution) for the assigned markets
- Performing tasks relating to those functions including report creation, system updates, inbound freight analysis, order management and learning Power BI tools

- Participating in team meetings, develop inter-personal skills by liaising with the Commercial ANZ team
- Take full ownership of the Customer Service email inbox and the inbound AU phone queue.
- Deliver optimised customer service by ensuring product availability and cost efficiency within your commercial area.
- Collaborate with our outsourcing partners to monitor and enhance performance, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement projects to elevate the customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams—including Warehouse & Distribution, Demand and Supply—as well as our third-party logistics provider to provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers.
- Partner with sales colleagues to effectively manage customer requirements and expectations.
- Take responsibility for claim management for your allocated customers, with a focus on stock-related claims.
- Experience with SAP
- Strong excel skills
- Experience and or knowledge within a Supply Chain function
- Experience within FMCG or FMCG preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently while building effective cross-functional partnerships across the organisation.
