What´s the role? As a CX Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights and patterns from large and complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making and critical initiatives within the organization. This role involves working with diverse data sources, analyzing data, and presenting findings to key partners. The Big Data Analyst collaborates with multi-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that optimize business processes, customer experience and contribute to overall growth and success. How can you add value? Apply statistical and analytical techniques to explore and interpret large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations. Apply data cleansing, data transformation, and data integration techniques to ensure data quality and consistency. Translate data analysis results into useful business insights. Provide recommendations and data-driven solutions to support decision-making processes and improve business performance. Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex data findings to collaborators at various levels of the organization. Use data visualization tools to create intuitive and important representations of data. Use advanced data mining techniques to discover hidden patterns and trends in large datasets, enabling predictive and prescriptive analytics. Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. Conduct ongoing analysis to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with experienced designers and business analysts to support the implementation of data infrastructure, data pipelines, and advanced analytics projects. Also work with partners across the business to implement and evaluate the performance of various initiatives and product changes. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in big data technologies, data analysis methodologies, and tools. Continuously improve data analysis processes and contribute to enhancing the overall data-driven culture of the organization. Demonstrate and ensure compliance with Liberty Latin America Privacy Policy, Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies, and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. Other functions may be assigned. What do you need? Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required. 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, working with large datasets and applying data analysis techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Power Automate, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with big data technologies and frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Hive. Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Prior experience in industries where big data is applied, such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or marketing, is a plus. Other Qualifications: Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw practical insights. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Solid understanding of process methodologies and effective use of data Ability to learn and assess customer needs and a variety of business operating models. Demonstrated ability to guide and manage customer transformation efforts. Strong discernment, and the ability to analyze and use information. Ability to work in a team environment while balancing multiple projects with varying priorities. Ability to empathize and deliver clear concise messaging, including manipulating data, creating reports, visualizations, and presentations from scratch. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and easily adaptable to change; ability to work under tight deadlines.
