Job Description
- Req#: 1179266
- Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
- Serve as the voice of the customer while making decisions related to prioritization and organization of the order-to-cash process.
- Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions that impact customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
- Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status.
- Manage, maintain, and organize 100+ orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
- Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field required
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience required
- Software Knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce preferred
- Customer facing experience preferred
