- Customer Experience: Oversee service processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer.
- Insight Sharing: Curate and communicate customer feedback to help guide cross-functional decisions.
- Support Operations: Manage the customer support platform to ensure fast, helpful responses and maintain useful help center content.
- Tech Collaboration: Partner with web and tech teams to improve tools and systems that support customer experience.
- Customer-Centric Mindset. Ability to advocate for customer needs while aligning with company goals and optimize key touchpoints in the customer lifecycle for better retention and satisfaction.
- People Management Experience: Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop team members; ideally includes overseeing remote or cross-cultural teams.
- Relationship Builder. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Ability. Proactively identifying and resolving issues with the ability to stay calm under pressure and think through solutions quickly .
- Organizational and Time Management Skills. Prioritizes effectively and has familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk).
- Data-Driven Approach. Uses metrics to measure success (e.g., churn rate, NPS, customer health scores) and understands how to track usage data and tie it back to retention or upsell opportunities.

- Competitive Compensation. The base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with additional incentive opportunities available.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will lead with energy, organization, and strong interpersonal skills to support both customers and team members. You’ll take the time to understand our customers’ needs and ensure they receive a high level of service and support. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to manage priorities across departments, and effective communication with internal and external partners. You’ll also collaborate closely with our external agency partner to help guide and support direct reports based internationally.
