      HYBRID ROLE BASED OUT OF ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER SOLUTION CENTERS - DOWNEY, FAIRFIELD, CARROLLTON, OR JACKSONVILLE

      Job Purpose:

      Our Customer Experience Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support activities for the customer and the Customer Experience teams. This role will complete assigned tasks working through a queue to ensure our customers’ deliverables are received in a timely manner.

      Job Responsibilities:

      ● Submit New Item Requests (NIR’s).
      ● Enter forecast demand changes.
      ● Route orders emailed to the Customer Service Veritiv group box to the proper Customer Experience Center mailbox.
      ● Enter price changes on 5 or more items in Deal Manager.
      ● Enter aged credits as well as large volume credits and rebills.
      ● Run and send basic reports.
      ● Complete Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Onboarding of new accounts.
      ● Complete Robotic Process Automation (RPA) maintenance as needed.
      ● Field Request For Information (RFI)/Compliance requests and support initial submittal.
      ● Provide order support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
      ● Build and submit customer invoices and billing summaries.
      ● Enter Customer Part Number (CPN) data into Enable for five or more items.
      ● Other duties as assigned.

      ● Demonstrates a willingness to learn.

      ● Salary: $50,200 - $59,000

      Work Experience:

      ● 1-3 years of related job experience.

      ● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

      ● Basic experience of simple office/operational systems.

      ● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.

      ● Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.

      ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

      ● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).

      ● Strong planning and organization skills are required.

      Education:

      ● High School Diploma/GED Preferred
