What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, chat, and email interactions
- Resolve customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers
- Independently identify and resolve customer concerns
- Assist customers with the Concord Application or Leasing process
- Multitask and accurately enter customer information into appropriate systems
- Maintain a friendly tone and demeanor in a fast-paced work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of state-specific requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Property Management Software
- 1 year of experience with determining Housing Credit Program applicant eligibility (preferred)
- Experience in property management, banking, accounting, or affordable housing programs (preferred)
- Experience in a call center or customer support environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a customer support representative in a property management or affordable housing setting
