      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide end-to-end support for customers/communities to ensure a positive experience
      - Handle various types of customer inquiries, including billing, technical problem solving, and sales opportunities
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a single customer interaction
      - Build consultative relationships with customers and effectively communicate account information
      - Improve customer satisfaction and maximize sales and retention opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED
      - 0-2 years of relevant work experience
      - Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
