What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-to-end support for customers to ensure a positive experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and account inquiries
- Build consultative relationships with customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills
