The Customer Experience Specialists will provide a positive brand experience for existing and potential customers. This includes but is not limited to processing orders, maximizing sales, replacements, change of addresses, adjustments, product questions, policies and questions about charges. In addition, the Specialist will also play an integral part in analyzing customer data and work on Enterprise Projects for the 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. The right candidate would be looking to be a part of a team with a strong desire to learn and grow their professional career.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interacts with customers via telephone (Inbound calls and outbound calls via headset), email, online chat, and other digital systems or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
• Provide consistent, accurate, courteous, efficient, and timely customer care within business guidelines.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with other projects, programs and in other departments as needed.

The expected pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law

Requirements

• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent, vocational training, job-related course work and or equivalent work experience
• Experience – Some previous work-related knowledge, skills or experience desirable.
• The Customer Experience Specialist will maintain confidentiality regarding customer accounts and company information. In addition, demonstrate the ability to work in and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, Knowledge of customer service applications and phone systems, Conversational Commerce tools a plus
