      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze accounts receivable, billing, credit, and collections
      - Process inquiries and provide superior customer experience
      - Troubleshoot system issues and reconcile account discrepancies
      - Review and research advertiser accounts receivable ledgers
      - Provide solutions for customer invoice requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2-5 years of relevant work experience
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
      - Knowledge of co-op and complex billing requests
