What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer support via telephone, email, or instant message
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic support issues
- Escalate technical product-related issues to appropriate department
- Track and document support requests
- Update customer information and ensure accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Typing speed of 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
