What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and direct customer experience activities within the specified UNFI Region
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers
- Produce, monitor, and evaluate accurate and actionable KPI reporting
- Support customer retention and sales strategy
- Disseminate sales and marketing information to team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Minimum of 2 years customer service and call center experience or related business and sales experience
- Minimum of 1 year relevant supervisory experience
- Understanding and knowledge of products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of margin and company profitability
