      As an Operations Automation Director in the Commercial Bank, you oversee and contribute to deep and expert intelligent automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function to translate process improvements and solutions for operations efficiencies. You gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy and deliver the outcomes of the automation to support the Operations function.

      Job responsibilities
      • Oversees the consultative partnerships across multiple stakeholders and uses your strong understanding of business success factors and underlying data to define and oversee Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and metrics confirming benefits from operational automation
      • Directs strategy and execution of the business analysis activities to deliver and communicate information, insights, and solutions to influence lines of business or cross-departmental strategies, decisions, readiness, and outcomes.
      • Collaborates with senior management and stakeholders to resolve problems through broad decision making
      • Manages operational, financial, and technical activities, including financial budgeting, billing, and business planning activities to ensure adherence with the firm’s standards, controls, and intelligence automation solutions governance
      • Assesses the intelligence automation capability within the organization to include building the operating model, collaborating with technology on setting up the capability, and developing a strategic roadmap for the capability's growth and development
      • Manages team members and key resources directly or indirectly with accountability to operational success
      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
      • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in leading and delivering intelligent automation and business analysis
      • Bachelor's degree
      • Proven ability to lead the complex data collection and analysis and to advise on the development of accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
      • Extensive business and technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex operating models, anticipating issues, and using appropriate technology to mitigate risk
      • Demonstratable experience applying advanced knowledge of 1+ intelligence automation applications and programming languages to design and to direct automation strategies
      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
      • MBA or Master’s degree
      • Advanced skills with a broader understanding of business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment

      Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

      Some travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partners.
