Job Description

Order Management: Process customer orders, consignment releases, and billing.
Communication & Issue Resolution: Handle calls, emails, and escalate critical issues.
Financial Management: Collaborate with the credit department to resolve invoice and credit issues.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving administrative processes.
Customer Relations: Maintain professionalism and provide consistent customer support.
Education: Associate degree
Experience: Experience of working within a customer-serviced related role required
IT Skills: JDE or SAP, Microsoft office suite, Powerpoint, Excel & Word
Language Skills: Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch (and second foreign language French or German)
Customer focused, strong communicator, ability to adapt and collaborate
Working arrangements: Minimum 3 days a week in the office
