      Responsibilities

      The Customer Insights Director is charged with inspiring the organization to lead a customer centric culture, leveraging customer insight in data-based decision making, and creating an environment with customer centric ideas. This role is critical to driving growth to serve more and new customers as well as influence an exceptional customer experience. This role is also responsible for helping develop and execute strategy, influence decisions, and drive brand expansion.

      As a key strategic business partner and the insights leader across the organization, you will have the opportunity to directly impact brand expansion, growth across service lines to serve more customers, and elevating customer experience. In this role, you will lead the development of foundational customer strategy and drive application across the enterprise. You will also identify top innovation opportunities to grow the brand with more customers. This role will need to collaborate across the cross functional team including marketing, technology, development, sales, front end, and clinical teams.

      Qualifications

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.

      • 7-10+ years’ experience in insights roles

      • 3+ years in a leadership position

      • Strong Communicator: Showcase strong communication skills across levels and functions, pull disparate pieces of data together into a cohesive and compelling story (written and oral). Leverages communication to inspire and coach.

      • Impact: Drive to action by making recommendations routed in deep understanding of the customer and business

      • Strong analytical skills and business acumen

      • Strategic: Be a key strategic business partner and a thought leader to cross-functional teams. Leverage customer understanding and brand purpose to create plans the drive customer growth across platforms.

      • Influence: Influence and work effectively on cross-functional teams and across the organization. Builds trust as a partner on teams to drive change.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Advance degree preferred

      • Experience with leveraging individual data in a CRM system for insight.

      • Experience or comfort with moderating people for qualitative data.

      • Experience or comfort with facilitating cross functional teams to decisions.

      • Experience in health care and/or behavioral health industries.
