What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and develop engineering designs to support integrated software, database, and analytics solutions
- Ensure data scientists, engineers, and analysts have necessary tools for the analytics platform
- Modify the analytics platform to meet the needs of Data and Analytics
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders and service owners on internal project designs
- Provide operational readiness through performance analysis, systems support, and incident resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in an enterprise environment with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with JIRA and exposure to HTML/JavaScript

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Ability to explain and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences
- Understanding of software and hardware licensing and capacity activities
- Knowledge of performance tuning analysis and software installation processes
