What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in executing customer lifecycle marketing programs, including onboarding and retention campaigns
- Support customer advocacy programs by coordinating reviews, testimonials, and case studies
- Manage customer communications, including product updates and newsletters
- Collaborate with teams to promote new features and drive customer education
- Track and analyze customer engagement metrics to inform future marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM and email platforms is a plus

- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving the customer experience
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness
- Knowledge of the healthcare or SaaS industry
- Experience supporting user conferences or customer events
