  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention
  - Create targeted marketing strategies based on customer segments to enhance messaging and offers
  - Manage review activity on peer review sites and utilize analytics for optimization
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and customer marketing efforts
  - Track and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize engagement
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent working experience
  - At least 1 year of experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or customer success
  - Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement
  - Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and marketing automation tools like HubSpot
  - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry
  - Familiarity with social media platforms and user communities for customer engagement
  - Strong writing and content creation skills for customer-facing resources
  - Ability to identify effective product marketing techniques
  - Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office Suite
