- Assist in planning, conducting, and analyzing customer, distributor, or market-oriented research, insight, and analysis activities to determine potential customers and market for products/services
- Enable field teams through the development of new tools and insights to drive results
- Streamline reporting tools for our internal partners
- Support analytical projects related to NPS
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand customer and distributor needs
- Assist with digital and brand marketing projects (E.g., manage campaign management process, monitor and report on digital marketing campaigns)
- Take action on customer insights to drive favorable customer experiences to better position Zurich as a carrier of choice
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2024
- Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior) and no prior years of experience required in the Administrative area
- Microsoft Office experience
- Be legally eligible to work in the U.S
- Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of research and analytics principles, methodologies and techniques
- Detail oriented
- Collaborative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment
Zurich North America is looking for a Customer Office & Distribution Intern to work out of our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL, for the summer of 2024. You will work with ZNA’s Customer Office & Distribution team on projects that align the organization to effectively deliver on our customer strategy enabling Zurich to become the insurer of choice.
Our intern will serve as an advocate for the customer, create a shared vision, inspire creativity, and create momentum around Zurich North America’s customer strategy, including:The role relies heavily on building strong relationships to deliver optimal outcomes. You will collaborate closely with marketing managers, distribution leaders, business unit colleagues, and various other stakeholders to identify and shape the experiences Zurich delivers. You will play a key role in engaging and motivating colleagues during Zurich North America’s journey to become customer led.
