      About the Customer Onboarding Representative - Bird :

      MarketStar is looking for a motivated Customer Onboarding Representative to represent the leading customer engagement platform for marketing, sales, support, and payment. Bird (formerly Message Bird) uses the power of AI and cutting-edge innovation to enable 25,000+ businesses to transform communications, workflows and customer engagement . As their footprints explodes and their technology continues to evolve, MarketStar will support the scaling of their global go to market efforts. As a Customer Onboarding Representative, you will work with net new customers within the first 30- 60 days , to en s ure the customer is set up and the launch is successful.

      Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid

      What Will You Do?

      • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process to p rovide technical training and onboarding support to new clients to ensure they can effectively use the solution.

      • Conduct thorough assessments of new customers' needs and goals understand and plan for integration with clients’ existing systems and technologies and infrastructure

      • Understand the specific use cases and requirements for utilizing Bird solutions.

      • Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of all product offerings

      • Partner with marketing to create and deliver enterprise-grade onboarding and troubleshooting materials to support new customers

      • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with sales, product, and solution engineering teams

      • Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and provide effective solutions

      • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to clients and the sales team

      • Provide ongoing technical support and act as a liaison between the client and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction for the first 90 days of the customer journey

      What Will You Need to Succeed?

      • 3 years of experience in technical issue resolution, ticket handling, and client facing issue discovery

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

      • Ex p erience in project management

      • Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public cloud, and related industry and technical concepts ; familiarity with the C PaaS industry is a plus but not mandatory.

      • Ability to explain technical concepts to clients in a clear and relatable manner.

      • Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

      • Ability to listen actively to understand client needs and concerns showing attentiveness to the customer’s needs.

      • Experience managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

      • Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and find effective solutions

      • Determination to learn and be coached with a positive attitude and openness to receive constructive feedback.
