An opportunity has arisen to join the P&O Ferries team in Cairnryan for the Summer Season.
As part of the team, the role will work with colleagues to support the management team deliver a cost effective, customer focused check in and disembarkation service to all customers booked to travel through the Port of Cairnryan, ensuring our ships depart on time or earlier whilst prioritising the health and safety of all.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as part of a team to deliver great customer service, with strong communication and people skills. They will be computer literate and be proactive in helping deal with customer issues and complaints, and with experience working with databases and other online systems.
