      PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

      The Customer Operations Product Deployment Coordinator / Junior Manager is a core role within the Customer Operations Product Domain and sits within the overall UniOps Organisation.

As a C ustomer O perations Product Deployment Coordinator within the Customer Operations (CO) Product Domain—part of the dynamic UniOps Data Foundation Organization you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how we operate across European markets.

      In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying new CO products and enhancements, ensuring they land seamlessly and deliver real value. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for local needs, champion adoption, and continuously elevate product quality.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Lead Deployment : Act as Delivery Manager and e xecute the deployment of CO products across Europe, including both Business Group-led and 1UL markets.

      • Tailor for Impact : Drive and implement local configurations to meet market-specific needs while maintaining global standards.

      • Boost Adoption : Partner with stakeholders to maximize product uptake and ensure benefits are fully realized.

      • Elevate Quality : Identify opportunities to enhance product performance and user experience across the region.

      This means you will need to have a strong business context, manage relationships with the functional stakeholder (s), bring product plans together for cohesive deployment plan and work close to UniOps CDIO teams for a seamless landing of our digital products.

      WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

      As a Deployment Coordinator , you will own the execution of deployment activities related to CO domain products – Logistics – in Europe. Whether they deal with products, UniOPs BG/BU (CDIO) or the markets/ hubs this role will need to liaise and lead a broadly skilled x functional team. This multifaced role drives value through superior product deployment and adoption. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role, where you’ll lead cross- functional teams with a wide range of expertise , navigating complexity with confidence and clarity. Key activities include:

      Product Deployment:

      • Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities for CO logistics products across European markets.

      • Act as the central point of contact, aligning stakeholders from product teams, business units, and local operations.

      • Drive relevant local configurations on products – not customization

      • Execute plan for local data integration

      • Develop a communication/release plan together with BG/BU (CDIO) teams

      • Identify and implement best practices to enhance deployment efficiency and product performance.

      Product Adoption:

      • Work together with CDIO teams to support improving product adoption

      • Support CDIO to organize the key user network

      Continuous Improvement:

      • Support product teams with strategic input coming from product deployment

      • Support product teams on prioritization of requests coming from the markets.

      Local System Support

      • Own the support of local systems until decommissioning by global products

      EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

      • Experience delivering in large transformation programs involving multiple markets/platforms
