      Location Description

      Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer.       Responsibilities

      Post Consumer Brands is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customer order management. This role plays a critical part in building customer loyalty and operational efficiency by managing order fulfillment processes and coordinating across internal departments to ensure seamless execution.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Process and manage customer orders using JD Edwards (ERP), including both manual entry and EDI transactions
      • Validate orders against company guidelines, pricing, and promotional accuracy
      • Resolve order-related issues promptly to meet customer delivery expectations
      • Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Supply, Warehousing, Transportation, Accounts Receivable, Credit) to mitigate service risks and ensure timely resolution
      • Provide root cause analysis for systemic service issues and implement corrective actions
      • Enter Credit/Debit memos for accurate billing
      • Collaborate on supply chain process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
      • Document standard work procedures and identify areas for operational enhancement
      • Serve as the liaison between Post Consumer Brands and the customer for all order fulfillment matters

      Location: This role is a hybrid position based out of Lakeville, MN


      Qualifications

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
      • 1 + years of experience in Customer Operations or customer facing role (preferably in a CPG setting)
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage conflict and prioritize effectively
      • Solid understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, and customer fulfillment
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide backup support when needed

      The pay range for this position is $52,726 - $71,707 per year.
