      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Redesign processes for reaching out to workplaces regarding new payment methods
      - Research, vet, and onboard new vendors for customer-facing collections efforts
      - Build internal predictive analytics models to identify potential bad payers
      - Manage a team of Collections Account Managers to optimize collections
      - Strengthen billing team quality by increasing the speed of collections and vetting customer financial positions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS)
      - Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection
      - Wired headset for clear communication
      - A quiet, distraction-free workspace
      - Stable power and internet connectivity
