- Conduct an administrative review of customer-issued purchase orders
- Win the quotation after acceptance of the purchase order
- Create sales orders and projects in the ERP system
- Collaborate with sales and operational departments to coordinate order fulfillment
- Must work on-site in a lab
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of order entry and customer service experience
- Familiarity with government contractual review processes
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and follow-through ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow specific process instructions and work within well-defined procedures
- Capable of handling semi-routine tasks while recognizing when deviations are necessary

This job description outlines the role of a Order Entry Coordinator, who is responsible for the review and acceptance of customer purchase orders and creating corresponding sales orders and projects in the ERP system. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong coordination and communication skills to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
