Job Description
The purpose of this position is to organize customer order planning in order to meet customer demand by removing bottlenecks and managing escalations, with a focus on delivering at the right time and in the right quantity to customers.
Customer order management - Adapt and report customer agreements, customer order planning at part number level / product to enable seamless deliveries to customer.
Performance, Systems, processes -Adapt and organize S&OP Governance standards, customer agreements and Logistics processes e.g (LIWAKS, AVR, LPC, Bottleneck Management), Oversee and improve logistics KPI's (Cost, TCT, TLC, LIWAKS, PLKZ, etc.), Quality of inventory (Blocked stock, ageing etc.) to ensure Logistic excellence within the supply chain.
Compliance Management - Adapt commercial processes to be legally compliant with Internal Guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) Central Directives and external laws namely foreign trade Customs and taxation laws.
Escalation management - Notify logistics order fulfillment / in warding topics to leadership team (as per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management interventions / decisions.
Competency Development -Obtain competencies in the functional area based on present and future trends as per the business requirements.
Qualifications
B Tech or BBA/ MBA in supply chain
Overall 2-4 Years Experience in core Operation ( Logistic , Purchasing , Manufacturing ) of which minimum 2 years in Supply Chain
Additional Information
Expert knowledge in SAP-SD Module
Competent in IT tools Viz. DPPCON, SP4HANA, Kinexis
Competence with market dynamics and customer escalation handling
Expertise in Lean Concepts / Lean Management deployment.
Soft skills to negotiate and build relationships with customers and stake holders
