This position is Accountable for supporting a mix of Edge & Medium scale high complexity Customer project orders. This includes supporting project initiation, designing, planning, installation, commissioning of customer projects. The candidate will confirm customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions/deviations. The candidate will support the project team to manage complete process from order preparation, manufacturing release, site installation, commissioning, start-up, and customer handover, utilizing a base knowledge of Schneider Electric products and their application. The position will report directly to Execution Team Leader for Greece & BALNMAKO. What will you do? Manage project contract ensuring fulfilment of contractual obligations; Monitor and control project progress versus budget; follow up resources utilization; Act as primary point of contact for the customer, organizing all project team interaction with the customer (correspondences, emails, calls, meetings, etc.). Insure highest level of customer satisfaction; Identify and take all necessary actions to manage risks and address opportunities. Manage claims & variation orders; Manage project teams allocating tasks, following progress in line with Project plan (scope, schedule and budget) and providing feedback; Drive customer relationship (including end-user if applicable), leading and organizing all interaction with customer organizations (correspondences, emails, calls, meetings, etc.). Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction; Take full accountability over project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-up & re-forecasting. Ensure timely revenue recognition as per forecast; Manage suppliers and sub-contractors. Take actions to correct any deviations or quality issues occurring during project execution; Lead direct engagement with the internal manufacturing facilities and 3rd party vendors. Be actively involved with Sales & Tendering teams to prepare and deliver projects. Perform conceptual (& detailed) design supporting equipment interfacing (power, comms etc) Review drawing, specification compliance & makes recommendations to improve technical compliance & or reduce technical exposure. Support the project team with attendance of regular site meetings, lead technical communications to all parties, exchange of technical requirements with external 3rd parties. Customer interface within technical field of expertise. Support site installation teams with technical guidance during installation, commissioning project phases. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? University degree in Electrical Engineering is a must; Min. 2 years of experience in related field; Working knowledge of MS Project, Excel and CAD systems; SCADA and energy monitoring systems experience. Knowledge of SAP is a plus; Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures; Ability and willingness to travel across Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo; Fluent English; Excellent problem-solving skills; Driving licence.
