- Direct contact with customers
- Handling complaints and alerts
- Processing complaints and preparing 8D reports in the software
- Organizing meetings across production departments to prepare 8D reports
- Proposing and implementing corrective actions
- Auditing and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions
- Secondary or university education in a technical or economic field
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a customer quality engineer position
- Previous experience as a production quality engineer is an advantage
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Stress resilience and adaptability to change
- English language – at least B2 (upper-intermediate)
- Knowledge of MS Office (advanced Outlook and Excel)
