      Job Summary:

      webuyanycar.com has a rich history of success and growth up and down the East Coast, and is rapidly expanding in the Midwest, Western and Southern USA. We are currently looking to add a self-motivated, conscientious, experienced, and dedicated individual to join our Call Center Team. You should be someone that has self and time management skills, excited about the opportunity to join a winning team and embrace the challenge of excellence that is expected with the position and the culture of success that has been built.

      This is a customer focused position intended to train qualified individuals to assume responsibilities in establishing superior Customer Service, create customer relationships base on trust and a strong desire to help our company to continue to build our brand.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      Call Center Specialist make outbound and receive inbound calls from our website visitors & customers calling to find out about how our process works with the intention of booking appointments.

      • Build rapport and establish a relationship with customers.
      • Meet daily phone and email quota.
      • Maintain a prospecting system.
      • Ability to self-manage and work independently.
      • Perform additional duties as required.
      • Reports to Call Center Manager.

      Education/Experience:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • 2 years Call Center experience.

      Skills/Knowledge:

      • Professional candidates with great communication skills

      • Meet outbound call and email quota.
      • Build rapport with customers.
      • Ability to effectively communicate with potential customers and accurately set appointments.
      • Write clear and concise notes that document any information discussed with a customer.
      • Ability to answer questions correctly by utilizing available resources to obtain accurate information.
      • Effective communication skills to book quality appointments.
      • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
      • Interact professionally with peers and internal customers.
      • Ability to work independently.
      • Ability to problem solve.
