- Responding to mailbox queries
- Initial data gathering/customer servicing to understand the customer needs
- Building customer engagement and motivation to enter advice by explaining the advice journey.
- Supporting Customer Relationship Managers by arranging future contact with customers
- Relationship with Direct Wealth customers
- You have strong communication skills, including written communication skills, such as good grammar and spelling.
- Excellent telephone manner with an enquiring mind to be able to gather facts and information.
- Must work to high quality standard and demonstrate strong ethics.
- A team player and a desire to work as part of a fast-paced team.
- Awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact on the business. Responsible for reporting to their line manager any risk which may impact on the business.
- Starting salary between £21,700 and £27,500 a (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity 6 % of annual salary. The actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.

Customer Relationship Associate – s tarting £21,700 up to £27,500
This is an exciting role for someone seeking an opportunity to build a career in the Wealth and Advice business at Aviva.
The role sits within the Customer Wealth Engagement area and the role-holder will be supporting both existing and new customers to Aviva. Our aim is to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion along the advice journey.
The role sits within the wider wealth team, which provides great opportunities for career progression into Advice roles and the opportunity to work in a strategically important and growing area of the business.
A bit about the job:
The Customer Relationship Associate will engage with customers, understand their needs, and determine the next best action to help them on their journey into advice services. This is an essential role in developing Aviva Group’s Advice businesses, retaining existing customers and growing our market share. You will be responsible for identifying and dealing with customer vulnerability and know when to ask for help and support from a Vulnerable Customer champion.
